Build Your Future Cayman was established in 2020 to offer scholarships for Technical Vocational Educational Training (TVET) for internationally accredited courses offered by Inspire Cayman Training. Our Scholarship Programme is allowing Caymanians to follow their dreams of a career in the TVET industry. Through our partnership with Inspire Cayman Training, each scholarship recipient must complete both technical and soft skill training courses giving them the tools they need to obtain and keep a job:

Tools for Success
The Tools for Success course is 80 hours and is mandatory when trainees take the Core Curriculum which is a prerequisite for all Level 1 courses. This course is designed to help trainees develop successful strategies for getting a job, developing a career for advancement, communicating clearly, and managing workplace relationships, and taking advantage of employee benefits.

Financial Peace University
Financial Peace University is a nine-lesson, money Management class taught by America’s most trusted financial guru, Dave Ramsey. Dave and the teaching team will walk trainees through the basics of budgeting, dumping debt, planning for the future, and much more.
 
Core Curriculum: Introductory Craft Skills
The NCCER Core Curriculum is 160 hours and is a prerequisite to all other Level 1 craft curriculum. Completing the Core Curriculum gives the trainee the basic skills needed to continue education in any craft area he or she chooses. 
 
Once Trainees have completed these three courses, they are then able to begin their training in their desired field. Inspire Cayman Training offers a wide variety of accredited certifications:
